Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fresno North, CA

My family has been staying with this hotel for years. Everytime time we stay, we have such a great experience. This stay was awesome because of our check in clerk at night. I believe his name is Clark. He was so professional and friendly. What a great representative for the beggining to a great stay!! The morning kitchen Staff, Naomi was so nice and personable. Wendy helped me check out and she was friendly and effcient. Your staff really is the icing on the cake for the whole experience. As always the hotel is clean, has just enough amenities and bathrooms are well stocked. My family loves the indoor pool, and parking is so easy. I will absolutely be booking with this hotel again. Thank you!!!

This is a good hotel. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were all great. It's better for short stays I think. I travel for work for 12 days and 11 nights per trip. I sell massage chairs at Costco stores throughout California and Nevada. I've been to Fresno twice now. Here are the best things about this hotel. 1. Location. Freeway close. 2. The room was clean and the king bed was soft. (The pillows could have been firmer) 3. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of options. I travel alone but I saw kids eating cereal and oatmeal. I had all my usual favorites. 4. 24/7 Coffee..!!!! I like iced coffee day or night so i really appreciated that. Here's the only bad issue I had. I don't let house keeping in daily. I left the Do Not Disturb sign off. They only cleaned once out of 4 times they should have cleaned. 4/5.

I want to say a special thanks to administrator Elizabeth, all the time when I arrive she speaks respectfully and asks how I am. All the time that I had problem with something she solved it immidiately. Usyally Im checking in after 12pm when im in town and she always there, I hope every administrator in other hotels will be like her. THANK YOU!

My husband stayed here yesterday and evening front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she was professional throughout. Really appreciated the warm service.

I visit Fresno for work every month and the Country Inn is where I prefer to stay overnight. The area is quiet and Wendy meets us with the utmost respect and warmth. She has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome every time we encounter her.

Safe, comfortable location. Comfortable clean, modern rooms. Really good breakfast, and friendly staff.

Front desk name Liz was awesome. We arrived late at night, and I had booked the wrong date. She was patient and attentive to our situation. She was able to price match us to the date I mistakenly book. Awesome service and great customer service. The Location is in a safe and quiet area. The room was great with free breakfast included. The only downfall was the toilet. It didn’t have a strong flushing system. We were there one night so it wasn’t worth the hassle to get that situated. Overall, high recommendation.

Really great place to stay. We kept looking for hotels with good reviews and it was hard. My husband finally picked one and this was perfect. Got a great night's sleep as the beds were great. Breakfast was far by the best ever. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was open. The only downfall was hot tub was not working and my son and husband were really looking forward to use it. Bathroom was spacious which was good. Loved that it came with its own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. I didn't get pictures of the room, but they did not look bad. Checked beds and did not see any bugs of any sorts. Hotel was clean. Was quiet and ac worked great.
